Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and are based on your location and weight and dimensions of the order. 

Our postal partners for Ireland and Northern Ireland are DPD. For Bulky item delivery, we partner with a pallet network carrier.

Shipping Times

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within a reasonable timeframe, but we cannot take responsibility for delays that may occur within the operations of our third-party couriers or international customs.

Larger items being shipped on a pallet will have varying delivery dates depending on your location. 

In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we will notify you via e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We will keep you updated of when the item(s) are due back in stock. In this event you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the items(s).

Undeliverable orders

Orders that have been dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer and are consequently returned to Air Seats Ireland are subjected to a refund this covers the value of the products only. This does not include delivery costs and any return costs charged by the carriers.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address, telephone number and eircode and must be available to receive delivery of all ordered product either in person or by an authorized assignee.

Our delivery partners will usually be willing to leave items in a safe place if you are absent but please note we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained to your order.

Failed Delivery

In the case of a non-delivery please notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date. Please email us at airseatsireland@gmail.com

Returns

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Air Seats Ireland, however, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. 

Goods being returned must be in the same complete condition they were supplied in e.g. original packaging including all boxes, manuals, accessories etc. must be returned.
